by Edward Lear
The Octopods and Reptiles
They dine at 6 o'clock,
And hving dined rush wildly out
Like an electric shock.
They hang about the bannisters
The corriodors they block.
And gabbling bothering
A most unpleasant flock.
They hang about the bannisters
Upon the stairs they flock.
And howly-gabbling all the while
The corrodors they block.
